Because iDancehall.com relies on information submitted by third parties, iDancehall.com does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of any information provided, and is not responsible for any costs or damages incurred in reliance upon such information, or from iDancehall.com's provision of incorrect information. Each time you use or access this site or its information you signify your assent to these terms and conditions. Always "phone first" (no joke) or email organizing parties to confirm event information before the date and time of the event. Please don't contact iDancehall.com regarding events, including contests, tickets, and/or artists. We are not responsible for results of any event or venue. We monitor your IP address and various website statistics such as number of visitors, organizations, referral links, countries of origin, pages frequently visited, and other stats. The statistics contain no personal information. We don't sell mailing lists or any data obtained as a result of a user registering to use the site or for any promotional contests. Your IP address is revealed if we are required to do so, (i.e. fraud investigation, or court subpoena.) iDancehall.com is a free-use website for the public and in return a high level of good conduct is expected. By using the site as an event promoter or user in search of an event you agree not to post any offensive content such as 1) postings with vulgar language or images, 2) defamatory, threatening, abusive, malicious, hateful, racist, nudity, pornographic(basically anything negative) 3) nothing harmful to minors who may find their way to the site, 4) impersonating or misrepresenting other people or organizations, 5) false or misleading advertising of events, 6) advertising or posting illegal services, 7)any illegal activity, 8) no ticket selling, 9) no misleading email addresses, 10) No sending unsolicited email ads to iDancehall's email addresses and other user addresses found on this website…that's all for now. But, have no doubt, this list will surely grow. Partygoers and event attendees: Must contact event organizers for event information clarification or event issues. We will not respond to e-mail inquiries regarding events. Your email inquiries will be deleted and not forwarded to organizers. This is a self-service site and we just don't have the time to process email for other folks. But if you do have a valid website complaint please feel completely free and unhindered to let us know about it. Event Posters from private individuals to business folks you agree that you will not post copy written material. You agree not to post events in which you are not authorized to promote. iDancehall is not your agent and not responsible for promoting your events. In any event that the website is not functioning, due to servers problems, viruses, bugs, natural acts, etc. iDancehall disclaims any warranties, timeliness, performance, accuracy, and security of the site and service. This site and service are provided on an "as available" and "as is basis" with any warranties. Event listings expire after your event. |
